Job Purpose:

The core responsibility of this role is to provide round-the-clock assistance to our handling providers in resolving various situations. Additionally, the person will support the Ground Operations Team and monitor all Network Stations remotely.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the airport and OCC during discrepancies.
  • Assist in managing commercial requirements such as adding on-demand products for customers at the airport and resolving booking-related queries.
  • Ensure the implementation of procedures aligns with Vueling's standards, offer support to the Ground Operations Team in various areas like quality events, DCS Support, and assisting Airport Managers.
  • Collaborate with social media and communication departments for specific information requests.
  • Document call notes and reports, and keep them updated in the system.

Main Responsibilities - Tasks:

  • Support Ground handlers in adding specific commercial products requested by customers at airports.
  • Provide assistance to Ground handlers by addressing inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting issues that may impact our customers at the airport.
  • Notify airports about any changes in Aircraft Limitations to prevent safety concerns.
  • Identify and escalate issues to the designated coordinator.
  • Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in daily reports.
  • Offer support in Security matters.

Main Relationships:

  • Internal departments: OCC, Customer Care, Social Media, Ground Operations, or any other requiring support.
  • External departments: Ground operations providers or any other needing assistance.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

  • 2 years' experience in airport and/or customer service roles.

Competencies:

  • Deliver exceptional external and internal customer service.
  • Exhibit a passion for service delivery with empathy.
  • Demonstrate a drive for achieving results.
  • Work effectively in a team.
  • Display organization skills.
  • Show commitment and decisiveness.
  • Exhibit dynamism and enthusiasm.
  • Possess high motivation.
  • Handle stressful situations effectively.

Languages:

  • English: C1
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Other:

  • Experience with Navitare - GoNow / SkySpeed.
  • Ability to work in shifts from Monday to Sunday (24/7).
