Nuestro cliente es una transitaria en proceso de expansión con sede en Valencia, la empresa cuenta con una fuerte presencia en el mercado español.
¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas internas Liderar y gestionar un equipo de 4 personas de Inside Sales Mantener y mejorar las relaciones con los clientes actuales Hacer cotizaciones y presupuestos a clientes y seguimiento de los mismos.
Identificar y capitalizar nuevas oportunidades de negocio Coordinar con otros departamentos para asegurar la entrega oportuna de los productos Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia Presentar informes de ventas a la gerencia Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y la calidad del servicio¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
Formación en Administración de Empresas, comercio internacional o similar Experiencia previa como Inside sales trabajando en transitaria. Experiencia gestionando un equipo de personas durante al menos 3 años. Capacidad para liderar y motivar un equipo Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación Alta orientación al cliente y al logro de resultados Fluidez en español e inglés
