Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Blu Selection. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes

Requirements

  • Native level of German and a good level of English
  • Previous experience in B2B sales and experience in outbound/cold-calling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
