Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Jujur is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management
  • Create a business environment for sustained growth on the account
  • Develop and maintain relationships within the account to maintain long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity
  • Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals
  • Focus on driving profitability through proactive management
  • Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to the sales pipeline
  • Respond to incoming customer or partner calls
Requirements:
  • Native/fluent in German, both oral and written
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Previous experience in B2B sales environment
  • Prior experience working in a channel environment
  • Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving targets set
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to emphasize and persuade
  • Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
  • Resourceful and stress-resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time
  • Sales-oriented mindset
