We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Enablement Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in improving our sales lead conversion. In this role, you will evaluate the online offerings of prospective clients, finding opportunities to improve customer experience (CX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Your insights will position ESW as the leading e-commerce expert, driving growth for some of the world's most world-class brands.
Your primary collaborators will be our internal sales team, but you will also work cross functionally with our CRO and CX teams to ensure. By sharing your findings, you will contribute to enhancing our existing client base's revenue and strengthen the overall ESW value proposition.
Conduct end to end reviews of clients and identify ESW solutions to support them in removing any frictions in their current journey
Use e-commerce best practices to identify and remove any barriers to conversion
Conduct competitor analysis on prospective clients and benchmark their on-site proposition versus key competitors across multiple geographical regions
Collaborate internally and build relevant case studies across CRO & CX which can be used to enhance our proposition.
Ensure relevant communications and feedback loops are maintained so that all materials are accurate and relevant for sales clients
Attend prospect and client calls and present on the topics within your remit
Stay informed of the latest trends and technologies in CX and CRO, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the sales team.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in sales enablement, customer success, or conversion rate optimization within an e-commerce or digital sales environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
Knowledge of the B2C e-commerce industry within on-line retail is a distinct advantage
Ability to perform financial and numerical analysis, with a proven understanding of MS Office tools especially Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills, with both external and internal customers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable sales strategies.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for improving the online shopping experience.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a proven track record to drive success.
