Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team at GoGlobal. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales success by providing training, support, and tools to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Operations Manager to develop and execute sales enablement strategies.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure sales reps have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Manage and maintain sales tools and systems, including CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and conversation intelligence tools.
  • Provide ongoing support to sales reps, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Enablement role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Familiarity with LMS and experience with content creation is a plus.
  • Passion for technology and AI, with a keen interest in learning new tools.
