Amazon Freight is growing at triple digit rates as we scale this new B2B offering across Europe and we are hiring a Sr Marketing Manager to manage our partner platforms (Vendor/Seller communications, Vendor/Seller Central) as well as webinars strategy. Come join the team and help us make history

You will be responsible for managing Internal Partnerships and Webinars, coordinating Customer Journeys end to end targeting different customer cohorts. You will also be in charge of dialing up content and testing it across our Own and Operated channels (Email, Social, Site, Partners) as well as paid channels (GDN, LinkedIn, Advertorial).

Responsibilities will include:

  • communications roadmap creation across vendor/seller touch points.
  • Reporting through marketing platforms (Salesforce CRM, Pardot)
  • Identifying and optimizing new traffic drivers from other partners' sites.
  • Lead nurturing and engagement through email campaigns (Pardot)
  • Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of key content and marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization.
  • Drive a quarterly Webinar initiative to capture external leads and drive awareness further

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop partnerships that drive customer traffic or new leads in the business.
  • Create a pipeline of leads. Including monthly forecasting and marketing channel tools to Improve lead quality.
  • Identifying and optimizing new traffic drivers from other partners' sites. Owning relationship with key teams (Vendor, Seller, Amazon Shipping, Amazon Business teams).
  • Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting of key content and marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization.
  • Develop webinar strategy, end-to-end. Including keynote creation for L7-L8 leaders to speak at webinars, and communication strategy.

About the team

Amazon Freight allows both small and large businesses to use Amazon to transport products in bulk across Europe. This is an innovative technology-driven service currently growing rapidly in Europe. Amazon Freight is part of the Amazon Transportation Services organization responsible for many of Amazon's best-in-class logistics and transportation operations.

Basic Qualifications

  • A degree
  • Experience in professional non-internship marketing
  • Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
  • Salesforce and/or similar CRM management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
  • Experience in understanding Vendor/Seller programs (or communication streams to these insitutions)
