This innovative technology-driven service is part of the Amazon Transportation Services organization, responsible for many of Amazon's best-in-class logistics and transportation operations.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to manage our partner platforms, vendor communications, and webinars strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing cross-functional marketing programs to drive customer traffic and new leads in the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships that drive customer traffic or new leads in the business.
- Create a pipeline of leads, including monthly forecasting and marketing channel tools to improve lead quality.
- Identify and optimize new traffic drivers from other partners' sites.
- Owning relationship with key teams (Vendor, Seller, Amazon Shipping, Amazon Business teams).
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of key content and marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization.
- Develop webinar strategy, end-to-end, including keynote creation for L7-L8 leaders to speak at webinars, and communication strategy.
Requirements
- A degree.
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing.
- Experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of time zones and languages.
- Salesforce and/or similar CRM management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with a global footprint.
- Experience in understanding vendor/seller programs (or communication streams to these institutions).
