Il Country Manager avrà a disposizione una cospicua pipe-line di progetti già individuati, un network di relazioni professionali ed associative avviato, e partner di comunicazione già selezionati ed operativi.
Attività e Responsabilità
Analizzare il mercato spagnolo delle Energie Rinnovabili, Sostenibilità Ambientale ed Efficienza Energetica per identificare e contattare i potenziali proponenti; Analizzare il mercato finanziario ed in particolare del CROWDINVESTING per identificare competitor/partners; Analizzare il mercato degli investitori, sia istituzionali che privati, per identificare e progettare le corrette azioni di comunicazione, marketing e networking; Identificare progetti da finanziare, definire una pipeline di opportunità e seguire il processo di attivazione sulla piattaforma, coordinandosi con il team italiano per la valutazione del proponente e del progetto; Stesura contrattuale con il proponente e strutturazione della campagna di raccolta fondi in collaborazione con il Team in Italia e società di Digital Marketing locali opportunamente identificate; Promozione del progetto nella community e creazione del proprio network di investitori privati; Creazione e Mantenimento di un network di Contatti con istituzioni finanziarie spagnole per attrarre investitori locali; Promozione del progetto e del Brand nel mercato spagnolo; Monitorare lo sviluppo locale e presentarne l'andamento alla Direzione; Identificare nuove opportunità di sviluppo del mercato e presentarle alla Direzione Competenze: Precedente esperienza nello stesso ruolo in Spagna in settori limitrofi: finanza, energie rinnovabili o start up innovative; Conoscenza degli strumenti e delle logiche di Digital e Social Marketing, utili per l'analisi e la selezione delle società del settore con cui collaborare in Spagna e la gestione delle relazioni con il Team Italiano; Conoscenza del mercato dell'energia e della finanza e del quadro normativo sul CROWDINVESTING in Spagna; Capacità commerciali e conoscenza di tecniche di vendita per la gestione di trattative e chiusura di contratti.
