Experience And Qualifications
Mastered, highly effective leadership of multiple, cross functional teams in a fast paced, global environment.An exceptional product mindset, eager to constantly learn and innovate, solve the impossible and develop products our customers love.Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to efficiently deliver and scale products that drive significant customer and business value together with your teams.A passion for payments, deep experience in the commercial, technical, and financial dimensions of local payments.Excellent communication skills, ability to listen, excite and influence a broad range of internal and external key-decision makers.Lead with courage and modesty, you have a track record of attracting and developing great talent and leadership to scale and optimize yourself and your teams.Spanish and English are a must.
