Por eso, estamos buscando un Product Manager para unirse al equipo de Postventa el cual estará encargado de diseñar, ejecutar y controlar las acciones necesarias para cubrir las necesidades del cliente final y alcanzar los valores requeridos de volumen, penetración y margen de contribución previstos en el Plan de Marketing de Recambios.

¿Cómo será el día a día en la posición?
Disponer de información actualizada de mercado, indicadores de competencia, evolución del sector, concesionarios, proveedores y otros fabricantes en el ámbito de su producto gestionado.Generar flujos de información con postventa de las marcas.Desarrollar un plan de acción para cubrir las necesidades del cliente final.Gestionar el posicionamiento de precios del rango de productos gestionados, teniendo en cuenta competencia, penetración de mercado, etc. y ajustándose a los valores marcados por el Price Management.Elaborar campañas, ofertas y promociones en función de la circunstancias del mercado y de la necesidades del cliente.Elaborar cuentas de explotación económicas ajustadas a los valores fijados en el plan de marketing.Desarrollar las acciones necesarias: Tablas de campaña, soportes de campañas, información técnica de producto, catálogos, presentaciones y formación que aseguren el conocimiento del producto por parte de los concesionarios.Desarrollar, en colaboración con las áreas de comunicación de recambios y de postventa de cada una de las marcas, las acciones necesarias para incentivar la venta y asegurar el conocimiento del producto por parte del cliente.Colaborar con el desarrollo del plan de incentivos con el departamento de marketing de recambios.Definir los objetivos de las campañas y negociar/modificar con las concesiones según evolución de los resultados.Obtener información de seguimiento de resultados diarios, mensuales y anuales sobre los resultados de los productos gestionados, efectuar valoraciones y en su caso tomar medidas correctoras. Informar al área de Planning del nivel de cumplimiento individual de las campañas comerciales que gestionan.Asegurar una oferta actualizada de los productos gestionados.Trabajar conjuntamente con los proveedores para mantener un correcto aprovisionamiento.¿Qué esperamos de ti para formar parte de nuestro equipo?Grado universitario: preferiblemente Ingeniería/ Business / Marketing.Nivel de inglés mínimo: B2. Se realizará prueba de nivel a lo largo del proceso.Experiencia requerida: 3-5 años.Gestión de la complejidad.Capacidad analítica.Colaboración y espíritu de equipo. ¿Te lo vas a perder?
