Como Product Manager serás el cerebro y el arquitecto detrás de la magia. Tu misión incluye:
Diseñar y liderar la estrategia de productos
Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para lanzar productos increíbles
Analizar el mercado y las tendencias para identificar oportunidades
Priorizar el backlog de producto como un/a pro
Medir y optimizar el desempeño del producto continuamente
¿Qué necesitas para triunfar?
Mentalidad estratégica con un toque de creatividad desbordante.
Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos cualitativos y cuantitativos
Gran orientación al cliente, con capacidad para empatizar con las necesidades de los usuarios y anticiparse a ellas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con perfiles técnicos en metodologías agile
Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Product Manager en startups y empresas tech
Pasión por tu trabajo, proactividad, adaptabilidad y capacidad de ver oportunidades donde otros/as ven problemas.
