Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team at IT Smart Finance. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product development strategy that meets the needs of our customers and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a short-term and long-term product development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collect and analyze market data and user needs to inform product decisions.
  • Formulate product requirements and work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch products.
  • Work with user feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Higher education and at least 3 years of experience in IT product management.
  • Knowledge of product and web analytics.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and communicate effectively with developers and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and prioritize product roadmaps and task execution processes.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
