POSICIÓN
Estamos buscando un Product Manager dinámico para supervisar la orquestación de diversos diseños de productos, asegurando una experiencia fluida y de impacto desde el concepto hasta la finalización.Como Product Manager, colaborarás estrechamente con nuestros equipos de diseño y operaciones para dar vida a productos innovadores. Tu rol será fundamental para mejorar nuestra posición en el mercado mediante el desarrollo de soluciones estratégicas de productos que satisfagan las necesidades cambiantes de nuestros clientes y usuarios.
RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE
• Definir la visión y estrategia del producto alineada con los objetivos de la empresa.
• Priorizar las características y tareas del producto, definiendo el alcance y los objetivos.
• Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de ingeniería, diseño, marketing y ventas para asegurar la entrega exitosa del producto.
• Analizar el mercado y la competencia para identificar oportunidades y amenazas.
• Interactuar con clientes y usuarios para comprender sus necesidades y experiencias.
• Gestionar todo el ciclo de vida del producto, desde la planificación y desarrollo hasta el lanzamiento y post-lanzamiento.
• Definir y monitorear los indicadores clave de éxito para cada producto o característica lanzada.
• Resolver problemas del producto y tomar decisiones basadas en datos para mejorar la satisfacción del cliente y el rendimiento del negocio.
• Facilitar la comunicación y colaboración entre diferentes equipos y partes interesadas.
• Mantenerse al día con las tendencias del mercado y las mejores prácticas en gestión de productos.
REQUISITOS
• Título universitario en Gestión de Productos, Administración de Empresas, Diseño o un campo relacionado.
• Experiencia comprobada como Product Manager, preferiblemente en un entorno dinámico e innovador.
• Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión de proyectos.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
• Conocimiento de estrategias y herramientas de marketing digital.
• Familiaridad con tecnología y software de diseño de productos.
• Habilidades creativas para la resolución de problemas y la negociación.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y como parte de un equipo multifuncional, con una actitud proactiva y positiva.
• Adaptabilidad y disposición para aprender nuevas habilidades y tecnologías.
