Analyzing customer and merchant's pain points and essential payment process requirements.Enhancing and optimizing payment processes, by contributing to our product development; Prioritizing tasks, negotiating product agreements, collaborating with the tech team, and overseeing all aspects related to our products; Managing a correct and continuous communication with suppliers; Developing a deep understanding of payment integrations, and creating task requests for internal teams to achieve seamless integration.
For this you will need:
High English proficiency level; Minimum 6 months of product experience, preferably in Fintech or payments; Adept in market research; A touch of creativity and design capabilities; A solid grasp of basic financial principles; Knowledge of APMs across LATAM; Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong communication skills; Exceptional negotiation skills and organizational proficiency; Mastery of Google Docs; Asana, Miro, and Confluence are a plus.
