The project
We're looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance Team in Sant Feliu de Llobregat (Barcelona). The goal of this position will be ensuring that invoices are paid efficiently and on time.
What will the role entail?
Participating in the accounting activities of our own brands: Pepe Jeans, Hackett, and Façonnable.
Providing administrative support by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Monitoring expenses and maintaining records for tax purposes.
Managing payments to suppliers and purchase orders.
Managing the aging and closing process of your purchasing group.
Resolving discrepancies and maintaining communication with suppliers.
