About the Role

We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Product Operations Specialist to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development workflows.

In this role, you will work closely with various teams, ensuring seamless operations, monitoring essential metrics, and contributing to the success of our advanced business travel platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Document and manage the sprint cycle and stakeholder interactions on a sprint-by-sprint basis.
  • Optimize the product release process, including communication strategies, feature flagging, A/B testing, and data collection.
  • Identify and implement improvements in product development processes.
  • Collaborate with product managers and team leaders to establish efficient workflows.
  • Develop and oversee processes for gathering, analyzing, and sharing product feedback from multiple sources to guide product prioritization.
  • Work with customer support, sales, and other departments to integrate valuable insights into the product development cycle.
  • Partner with the customer success team to identify user challenges and areas for enhancement.
  • Suggest and implement operational improvements to tackle customer experience issues.
  • Manage the utilization and optimization of project management tools, ensuring effective use by teams.
  • Establish and communicate best practices and processes related to product stack tools.
  • Identify and automate routine operational tasks to allow the product team to focus on higher-value activities.
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation for product development processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with product leadership and HR to enhance the onboarding experience for new team members.
  • Act as a bridge between product, engineering, and other teams, promoting collaboration and effective communication.
  • Work with project managers to ensure alignment on project timelines, milestones, and potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to convert data into actionable insights for the product team.
  • Assist product managers in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring product success.
  • Support project coordination activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and managing project documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones in collaboration with project managers.
  • Own the sprint cycle and release processes and communications.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product operations or a similar capacity.
  • Experience in a product development environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and experiences.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Productboard, JIRA, Qualtrics, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to enhance processes and operational efficiency.
