About the Role

We are in search of a meticulous and proactive Product Operations Specialist to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development workflows.

In this role, you will work closely with various teams, ensuring seamless operations, monitoring essential metrics, and contributing to the success of our cutting-edge business travel platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and document the sprint cycle and stakeholder interactions on a regular basis.
  • Optimize the product release workflow, including communication strategies, feature flagging, A/B testing, and data collection.
  • Identify and implement improvements in product development processes.
  • Collaborate with product managers and team leaders to establish efficient workflows.
  • Develop and oversee processes for gathering, analyzing, and sharing product feedback to guide prioritization.
  • Work with customer support, sales, and other departments to integrate valuable insights into the product development cycle.
  • Partner with the customer success team to identify user challenges and areas for enhancement.
  • Propose and implement operational improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Supervise the use and optimization of project management tools to ensure effective utilization.
  • Establish and communicate best practices for product stack tools.
  • Identify and automate routine operational tasks to allow the product team to focus on critical initiatives.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for product development processes to ensure clarity and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with product leadership and HR to refine the onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Serve as a liaison among product, engineering, and other teams to promote collaboration and effective communication.
  • Work with project managers to ensure alignment on project timelines, milestones, and potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with data analysts to convert data into actionable insights for the product team.
  • Assist product managers in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring product success.
  • Support project coordination activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and managing documentation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones in collaboration with project managers.
  • Own the sprint cycle and release communication processes.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in product operations or a similar capacity.
  • Experience in a product development environment is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and experiences.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Productboard, JIRA, Qualtrics, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to enhance processes and operational efficiency.
