We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable AI SaaS Product Specialist to contribute to our dynamic team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct the product delivery lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring the team produces high-quality features that align with customer requirements.
- Serve as the product owner, establishing the product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to define and prioritize product specifications.
- Employ agile methodologies to streamline product development, including sprint planning, backlog management, and sprint evaluations.
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of customer needs and challenges, integrating their feedback into the product strategy.
- Partner with customer success and sales teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and collect insights for future product enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS product management or similar roles.
- Profound knowledge of agile development practices and product management methodologies.
- Extensive experience in a SaaS environment, including familiarity with user-centered design and product management.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a background in data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of SaaS development processes and tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, and agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
