Tareas

El Market Research será responsable de impulsar el equipo comercial mediante el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de mercado enfocadas.

Su labor principal consistirá en identificar y segmentar compañías objetivo basadas en criterios específicos como volumen de empleados, facturación y ubicación geográfica, alineados con el producto y servicios de ThePower.

Este rol es clave para dirigir eficientemente los esfuerzos del equipo de Business Development Representatives (BDR) hacia las oportunidades más prometedoras.


  • Desarrollo de Estrategias: Establecer la dirección estratégica para la prospección de mercado, incluyendo la selección del tamaño y tipo de compañías objetivo (startups y empresas en rápido crecimiento).
  • Investigación y Segmentación: Realizar investigaciones de mercado para identificar empresas y contactos clave dentro de estas, utilizando herramientas avanzadas y bases de datos.
  • Colaboración con Ventas: Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para asegurar que las listas de prospectos y la información de contacto sean precisas y estén alineadas con los objetivos comerciales.
  • Análisis de Datos: Analizar y enriquecer bases de datos de prospectos con información relevante (teléfonos, webs, contactos, emails, actividad de la empresa, etc.) para optimizar las actividades de prospección.
  • Optimización de Procesos: Mejorar continuamente los procesos de investigación y segmentación para aumentar la eficiencia y efectividad del equipo comercial.
Requisitos

¿A quién buscamos?
Experiencia previa en roles de Market Research o similares, preferentemente en startups o empresas en crecimiento.

Excelentes habilidades de investigación y técnicas de predicción.
Experiencia en búsqueda y creación de Bases de Datos B2B
Un buen conocimiento de los métodos estadísticos.
Habilidades de TIC, incluyendo el conocimiento de las hojas de cálculo.
Habilidades en la herramienta sales navegator y Apollo. io
Habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
