As the Client Executive Partner at Eviden, you'll be a driving force in managing customer relationships and accelerating growth across the industry. Your mission is to not only foster strong connections with clients but also to strategically drive revenue and sales outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

Customer Management:

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients.
  • Assume end-to-end global P&L accountability for client accounts.
  • Implement account plans, growth strategies, and ambitious targets.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure operational excellence in service delivery.

Portfolio Development:

  • Identify customer needs and contribute to the development of new products.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to co-create industry-specific solutions.

People Management:

  • Lead a dedicated core client management team (Sales, Solution Manager, Industry Expert, Delivery Executive, Program Managers).

Key Requirements:

  • Understand client business requirements and address them effectively.
  • Demonstrate a consistent track record in developing new clients and closing deals.
  • Drive business growth, build trust, and establish CxO-level relationships
  • Strong background in Digital Sales/ Business Development;
  • You are experienced in selling digital solutions;

Leadership Skills:

  • Exhibit clear communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Motivate others and lead with empathy and business acumen.

Industry Versatility:

  • Experience across multiple industries (Banking, Insurance, Public Sector, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Comfortable having tough conversations while collaborating within a team.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
