Desde el equipo Healthcare de Morgan Philips Executive Search trabajamos de la mano de Almirall para la incorporación de un Hospital Partner en su unidad de immuno-dermatología (producto biológico).

El foco de la posición se centra en poder contribuir a la implementación de las estrategias y tácticas de la unidad de negocio.

Funciones y responsabilidades


Desarrollar y coordinar proyectos de valor que beneficien a los pacientes, médicos y hospitales, alineados con los objetivos estratégicos de ambas partes.


Colaborar con equipos internos, incluyendo ventas, marketing y desarrollo de productos, para adaptar soluciones que satisfagan las demandas y expectativas hospitalarias.


Junto con distict sales leaders, desarrollará y ejecutará planes locales para buscar nuevas oportunidades de negocio centrándose en líderes de opinión y cuentas clave designados.


Gestionar el ciclo de vida de los proyectos, desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta la implementación y evaluación de resultados.


Facilitar la comunicación efectiva entre la empresa y los hospitales, asegurando una comprensión clara de las necesidades mutuas y la entrega de soluciones eficaces.


Analizar métricas y datos relevantes para evaluar el éxito de los proyectos, identificar áreas de mejora y proponer estrategias innovadoras.

Mejorar la toma de decisiones estratégicas y tácticas comerciales.

Formación y Experiência

Formación universitaria reglada terminada. Altamente valorable master/MBA.


Mínimo de 5 años de experiência en una función de gestión de cuentas clave, lo que resulta en una comprensión profunda de las estructuras y procesos detrás.

Conocimiento sobre la evolución del sector salud y su impacto en el comportamiento de los clientes.

Experiência con fármacos de dispensación hospitalaria.
