Misión de la Posición

En este rol ayudarás al cliente dando la mejor respuesta o solución a las necesidades del servicio contratado.

Tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en un entorno agile, con un equipo joven y multidisciplinar, en el que podrás desarrollar tus competencias a través de estas funciones:

RESPONSABILIDADES:


Conocer y comprender al cliente, a su mercado y a su negocio, atendiendo con la mayor prontitud, exactitud y rigurosidad posible las necesidades del servicio contratado.


  • Asegurar la satisfacción de los clientes a través del cumplimiento y calidad de los entregables contratados por el Cliente
  • Análisis y comprensión de las necesidades para proponer mejor solución operativa acorde a los objetivos del negocio.
  • Gestión de las bases de datos según información contratada (nuevas bases, cambios, viabilidades, ).

Requisitos:

  • Titulación universitaria en Mkt, ADE, Económicas, Estadística, Matemáticas o similar con interés por la investigación de mercados en FMCG o 12 años en posición similar.
  • Dominio del inglés (nível B2 mínimo).
  • Dominio nativo del español.
