¿Qué harás?

  • Colaborarás estrechamente con los líderes de equipo para entender sus necesidades de talento y diseñar estrategias efectivas de reclutamiento para la captación del mejor talento.
  • Utilizarás las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en reclutamiento para atraer a los mejores talentos del mercado.
  • Búsqueda nacionales e internacionales. Trabajarás para el departamento de Talento, en el HQ.
  • Gestionarás el ciclo completo de reclutamiento, desde la identificación de candidatos potenciales hasta la negociación de ofertas.
  • Participarás en eventos y ferias de reclutamiento para fortalecer la marca empleadora.
  • Colaborarás en proyectos de HR adicionales a Recruiting de modo que podrás ampliar tu conocimiento.


¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Experiencia previa en Talent Acquisition, bien RPO, o en consultora de selección.
  • El conocimiento del sector energía es deseable, pero analizaremos aquellos perfiles senior que no hayan estado en esta industria y que tengan las competencias para entrar en ella.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y rápido, adaptándote a las necesidades cambiantes del negocio.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Pasión por la identificación y desarrollo de talento excepcional.
  • Nivel muy alto de inglés: C1 o C2.
