The Team
The Talent Acquisition team at Celonis plays a crucial role in our growth strategy. Our team drives innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various roles. We're seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to specialize in either Go-to-Market recruitment or Product and Engineering. The role will be based on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, and the ideal candidate will be based in Madrid.
The Role
As a trusted partner to our functional hiring managers, you will oversee and guide both hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process. You will own the End-to-End recruitment process from kick-off, building and delivering on the candidate sourcing to assessment and offer management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for product management and engineering roles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, offering strategic advice and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with the HR team and Compensation & Benefits team and other internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company goals and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to effectively position Celonis as an employer of choice.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring managers to aid in decision-making and strategy development.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
Requirements
- A background in either Go-to-Market or Product and Engineering recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for finding and hiring the best talent.
- Strong understanding of the market dynamics and talent pools.
- End-to-end recruitment experience from Sourcing to Offer Management.
- In-house, agency, or RPO recruitment experience hiring for Product, Technology, or IT Services businesses.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills and interest in interacting with colleagues, candidates, and partners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
- Strong sourcing and candidate outreach capabilities.
- Fluency in English and ideally another European language.
