¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Bajo la dependencia de Dirección General, el/la candidato/a se responsabilizará de:
* Desarrollar e implementar estrategias efectivas de venta para los diferentes canales de la compañía, Retail, B2B, eCommerce y clientes VIP
* Liderar a su equipo y ayudarles a lograr alcanzar sus objetivos de venta
* Definir e implementar la estrategia de la compañía para el mercado español
* Tratar con clientes VIP
* Seguir y analizar métricas de desempeño y sugerir mejoras, asegurando la rentabilidad de los diferentes canales
* Elaborar pronósticos de ventas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales
* Analizar el mercado e identificar nuevos clientes potenciales y nuevas oportunidades de mercado
* Proporcionar soluciones oportunas y efectivas alineadas con las necesidades de los clientes
* Representar la imagen de la empresa en España
* Implementar la estrategia de la compañía para el mercado español
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Buscamos a una persona con una experiencia laboral contrastada como Director de Desarrollo de Negocio, Retail Manager o Country Manager, con un profundo conocimiento del mercado español, aportando visión estratégica, fuerte capacidad de liderazgo, de comunicación, de organización y orientación a resultados.
Se valorará muy positivamente experiencia en el sector vitivinícola o tener interés por dicho sector.
Para esta posición se requiere un buen nivel de inglés, valorándose positivamente el francés.
