We're looking for an experienced Training Specialist to help develop an exceptional training program for VCS's global sales and service teams. In this role, you will collaborate with the training team and stakeholders to identify needs and drive program development to support growth for sellers, service agents, and team leaders.
What You Will Do:- Identify the organization's training and development needs and enhance existing programs;
- Contribute to evolving New Hire Training Programs for sales teams;
- Create guides, videos, and other training materials;
- Deliver training sessions and activities;
- Ensure timely communication on project statuses.
- 3+ years of sales and systems training experience;
- Strong presentation skills and a passion for learning;
- Ability to develop training materials in various formats;
- Proven track record in managing multiple tasks effectively;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency in English and French languages.
- Background in adult learning practices;
- Experience in SaaS or platform sales;
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Loom, PowerPoint, and Excel;
- Knowledge of print and digital marketing.
