What we are looking for?

  • Previous experience in partnership management or similar roles in the field of marketing and fashion.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build solid relationships with key partners.
  • Deep knowledge of the fashion market and the marketing industry, as well as the latest trends and practices in strategic partnerships.
  • Analytical skills to assess the potential and performance of partnerships, using relevant metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and persuade different stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Innovative mindset and ability to think creatively in the pursuit of new partnership opportunities.
  • Proficiency in English and any additional language is a plus.

Principal functions:

1. Driving Desigual's Partnership Strategy for Growth and Visibility:

Develop and lead Desigual's partnership strategy, identifying collaboration opportunities with brands, influencers, organizations, and other relevant entities.

2. Building Strong Partnerships for Mutual Success

Establish strong and lasting relationships with potential partners, negotiating agreements and contracts that are beneficial for both parties.

3. Collaborative Campaigns that Elevate Desigual's Brand

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop joint campaigns and activations that maximize the impact of partnerships and strengthen Desigual's presence in the market.

4. Identifying New Partnership Opportunities for Market Expansion

Research and analyze the market and competition to identify new partnership opportunities that drive growth and brand visibility.

5. Maximizing the Value of Existing Partnerships

Manage and oversee the performance of existing partnerships, ensuring that agreed-upon objectives are met and that benefits for Desigual are maximized.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration for Successful Partnerships

Work closely with other departments such as Product, sales, design, and communication to ensure effective execution of partnership strategies at all levels of the organization.

Very important the relation with the Product department, because they are in charge of producing all the products that are sent to the influencers

7. Effective Budget Management for Partnership Success

Monitor the budget allocated to partnerships, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on investment.

8. Staying Ahead with Innovative Partnership Practices

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in the field of partnerships and collaborative marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
