Desde Marlex Recruiting, estamos colaborando con una importante empresa multinacional ubicada en el Prat de Llobregat, que actualmente tiene la necesidad de incorporar a su plantilla una figura de Accounting Team Leader para su Centro de Servicios Compartidos (SSC).
Tu misión en la empresa será:
- Coordinar las tareas dentro del departamento de Contabilidad General (procesos R2R) que implican actividades de fin de mes, Inmovilizado, conciliación de balances y tareas bancarias.
- Participación en el proyecto de migración para centralizar los procesos contables en el Centro de Servicios Compartidos.
- Organizar y distribuir las actividades dentro del departamento del grupo.
- Sugerir y proponer mejoras en los procesos para aumentar la productividad.
- Velar por la correcta formación de los miembros del equipo.
- Coordinar las necesidades operativas con los requerimientos de la Dirección.
- Revisar KPI's diaria y semanalmente.
