You will be part of our OFF-X division, a comprehensive drug safety intelligence platform that offers Preclinical & Clinical Safety data alongside analytical tools designed to help users identify safety liabilities associated with drugs and targets.
The team is tasked with curating drug safety information sourced from journals, conference publications, and regulatory approvals, which are subsequently integrated into OFF-X.
About You – qualifications, experience, and skills
- A degree in Life Sciences (such as Toxicology, Pharmacology, Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, etc.) with experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety management, or toxicology.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a multinational corporation (pharmaceutical or consulting) with a focus on people and process management.
- Proven track record in managing and mentoring teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Sound judgment in decision-making and prioritization.
- Competence in analyzing processes, identifying issues, and formulating effective solutions.

- Communicate initiatives to senior management, establish timelines, and manage expectations for all deliverables.
- Collaborate with Product, Product Operations, Technology, and Marketing throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for synergy and simplification of complex processes.
About the Team
- You will report to the Director of Content Editing, Regulatory and Market Access.
- Manage a team of approximately 20 colleagues.
- The team culture is dynamic, creative, and supportive, with excellence, integrity, and care at its core.

Work Schedule
This is a permanent full-time role with a standard workweek. The position offers a hybrid work model.
