About the Role
Dow Jones is seeking a highly skilled Content Quality Analyst to join our Due Diligence team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing, proofreading, and editing bespoke reports to ensure they meet the client's specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Due Diligence reports meet client requirements in terms of content quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
- Review and verify complex information from another language into English.
- Validate information from multiple sources and ensure it is clear and concise.
- Identify, communicate, and correct deviations of quality standards.
- Communicate with clients effectively, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and testing of guidelines, data, and tools that will support the team.
- Perform testing of new or enhanced system and product functionality.
- Support training of future members of staff.
- Contribute to both team and product-initiated projects.
- Support R&C with translation services as and when required.
Requirements
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Knowledge of and interest in international affairs and politics.
- Strong research skills, including online search tools.
- An openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the field of Due Diligence.
- Fluency in at least one of the following: Portuguese, Arabic.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Specialist legal, business, or financial knowledge.
