Content Quality Specialist

About the Role
Dow Jones is seeking a highly skilled Quality Analyst to join our Due Diligence team. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of reports on companies and individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify complex information from various sources to ensure its accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with Due Diligence Research Editors to ensure reports meet client specifications.
- Validate information from multiple sources to ensure it is clear, concise, and free of errors.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their questions and concerns.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of guidelines, data, and tools that support the team.
- Perform testing of new or enhanced system and product functionality.
- Support training of future team members.
- Contribute to team and product-initiated projects.
Requirements
- Excellent English writing skills.
- Knowledge of and interest in international affairs and politics.
- Strong research skills, including online search tools.
- An openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the field of Due Diligence.
- Fluency in at least one of the following: Portuguese, Arabic.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Specialist legal, business, or financial knowledge.
