Content Quality Analyst
Dow Jones is seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst to enhance our Due Diligence division, focusing on the development of superior reports regarding organizations and individuals. This role involves utilizing a mix of publicly accessible resources and proprietary databases to ensure the highest standards of report quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that Due Diligence reports align with client expectations regarding content quality, precision, promptness, and thoroughness.
- Review and confirm intricate information translated from other languages into English.
- Validate data from diverse sources, ensuring clarity and conciseness.
- Identify, communicate, and rectify any deviations from established quality standards.
- Engage effectively with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in the development, upkeep, and testing of guidelines, data, and tools that support the team.
- Conduct testing of new or improved system and product functionalities.
- Aid in the training of prospective team members.
- Contribute to both team-driven and product-driven initiatives.
- Provide translation services to R&C as needed.
Qualifications
- Exceptional English writing abilities.
- A strong interest in global affairs and political matters.
- Proficient research skills, including the use of online search tools.
- An openness to diverse perspectives and a respect for team diversity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the Due Diligence sector.
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Portuguese, Arabic.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Specialized knowledge in legal, business, or financial domains.
