Position Overview
Content Quality Analyst
Dow Jones is seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst to enhance our Due Diligence division, focusing on the production of comprehensive reports regarding organizations and individuals. This role involves utilizing a mix of publicly accessible information and proprietary databases to ensure the delivery of high-caliber reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee that Due Diligence reports align with client expectations concerning content quality, precision, promptness, and thoroughness.
- Examine and confirm intricate information translated from other languages into English.
- Authenticate data from various sources, ensuring clarity and brevity.
- Detect, report, and rectify any discrepancies from established quality benchmarks.
- Engage with clients effectively, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in the development, upkeep, and evaluation of guidelines, data, and tools that support the team’s efforts.
- Conduct testing for new or improved system and product functionalities.
- Facilitate training for prospective team members.
- Participate in both team-driven and product-oriented initiatives.
- Provide translation assistance to Research & Compliance as needed.
Qualifications
- Exceptional writing skills in English.
- Interest and knowledge in global affairs and political dynamics.
- Robust research capabilities, including proficiency with online search tools.
- Openness to diverse perspectives and a commitment to team inclusivity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in Due Diligence.
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Portuguese or Arabic.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Specialized knowledge in legal, business, or financial domains.
