As part of our OFF-X team, you will contribute to a translational drug safety intelligence platform that offers comprehensive Preclinical & Clinical Safety data and analytical tools, enabling users to effectively identify safety liabilities associated with drugs and targets.
The team plays a vital role in curating drug safety information sourced from scientific journals, conference publications, and regulatory approvals, which are then integrated into the OFF-X platform.
About You – Qualifications and Skills
- A degree in Life Sciences (such as Toxicology, Pharmacology, Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences) along with experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety management.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a multinational corporation (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or consulting) with a focus on people and process management.
- Proven track record in managing and mentoring teams effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Strong decision-making abilities and prioritization skills.
- Capability to analyze workflows, identify challenges, and devise effective solutions.

About the Team
- You will report to the Director of Content Editing, Regulatory and Market Access.
- Manage a diverse team of approximately 20 colleagues.
- The team culture is dynamic, creative, and supportive, emphasizing excellence, integrity, and care.
- Enjoy 40 hours of paid volunteering time annually and engage with an active community promoting diversity and inclusion.
Work Schedule
This is a permanent full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week, with a hybrid model allowing for flexible office attendance.
