About the Position:
Job Summary
Analizar la calidad de la base de datos (ventas, consumos, forecasts) con la finalidad de mejorar la previsión de demanda en determinadas geografías.
Participar en la elaboración de indicadores de desempeño
Key Accountabilities
- Esta persona aprenderá y nos ayudará a entender mejor el funcionamiento de diferentes modelos estadísticos relativos a la previsión de demanda futura de clientes
- Tendrá un rol activo dentro del proceso mensual de S&OP
- Se familiarizará con base de datos históricos de consumo, ventas, forecast
- Participará en reuniones de revisión de demanda con diferentes paises o regiones para mejorar forecast accuracy
- Ayudará a los equipos en la estrategia de implementación de indicadores de desempeño
- Trabajará bases de datos y comparará diferentes modelos de pronóstico
- Colaborará con diferentes supply planners, conociendo las diferentes casuísticas de cada unidad de negocio
Este rol implica comunicación con principales stakeholders: Marketing, manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, Customer Service
Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
- Formación: ADE/Ingeniería/Matemáticas, Supply Chain (formación de negocio o técnica)
- Experiência no requerida pero si se tiene es un plus:
- Conocimientos / Habilidades necesarias:
- Muy familiarizado con herramientas analíticas (nível avanzado excel es necesario), bienvenidas habilidades en otros programas de gestión de datos: Minitab, Phyton, Power BI
- Buen comunicador, con buena capacidad de relacionamiento
- Inglés avanzado es requerido
