About the Role

We are looking for a Demand Planning Specialist to join the Demand Planning Department of Grifols International SA. Reporting to the Senior Manager Demand Planning, you will be responsible for creating and managing the regional demand plan for a group of products of Grifols Diagnostics Division.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Demand Planning Processes and Tools
  2. Develop and Establish Collaboration between Departments
  3. Own Planning Processes, Tools, Flows, and Templates
  4. Focus on Sales Forecast Management and Quality Improvement
  5. Lead Consensus Demand Plan and Coordinate Local Demand Review
  6. Ensure Planning Activities Happen on Time with the Right Quality
  7. Manage New Product Launches and Product Lifecycle Situations
  8. Develop and Implement Process Improvements
  9. Collaborate with Other Departments on Data Flows
  10. Deliver Visibility to the Business on the Demand Plan
  11. Monitor Critical Planning Parameters and Metrics
  12. Ensure Parameters Alignment within Regions, Service Level, and Production Capacity
  13. Monitor Root Cause Analysis and Action Plan Implementation
  14. Provide Visibility to Stakeholders on Performance Against the Plan
  15. Provide Information for Strategic Decisions
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Related Discipline
  2. At Least 2 Years of Experience in Demand Planning, Preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  3. Advanced Level of English
  4. Experience or Knowledge of SAP SD/MM/PP or Similar ERP
  5. Advanced Level in MS Excel and Other MS Products
  6. Excellent Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving Skills
  7. Excellent Communication Skills, Written and Verbal
  8. Strong Interpersonal Skills to Collaborate with All Levels of Management and Cross-Functional Teams
  9. Team Working Skills
  10. Proactive Self-Starter Dedicated to Continuous Improvement
  11. Proven Ability to Work Under Pressure in Ambiguous Situations
