About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Specialist to join our team at Revlon Inc. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will play a critical role in creating and executing Demand Plans that support our sales goals and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts through the analysis of historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and effective communication of demand plans.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities that may impact demand, such as changes in market trends or supply chain disruptions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide business insights and recommendations to inform strategic business decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SAP, Manugistics, or APO, with experience in demand planning software a plus.
