Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team at Dsm. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the global demand process is aligned with our overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a transformational project to improve business integration, efficiency, and cost
- Coach the demand community (DP, CX, and sales) to drive step change in demand planning
- Optimize demand process and maintain strong collaboration with business and operations community
- Ensure all forecast intelligence and promotional information are used in the demand process
- Participate in committees to make decisions about new products, adoptions, and discontinuations
Requirements
- Engineering degree or B.A./B.S. degree in business administration, supply chain, or management information
- 3 years of experience in demand planning, statistical modeling, or a related field
- Ability to lead, influence, and manage deadlines and multi-task activities
- Highly skilled in communication, teamwork, and analysis
- Advanced knowledge of SAP, Kinaxis, Excel, and best fit model
- Advanced English level
