- Experiência de 3 a 5 años en el sector inmobiliario y despachos de arquitectura
- Vocación de servicio al cliente
- Titulación Universitaria, grado Superior o similar
- Carnet de Conducir

Descripción:
Actualmente buscamos un/a Comercial con formación de grado superior y/o formación universitaria. Se responsabilizará de la apertura de negocio y desarrollo en la Comunidad de Madrid.
Somos Entidad Colaboradora Urbanística (ECU) para la tramitación de la licencia urbanística municipal, declaración responsable y actos de comprobación de licencias de primera ocupación y funcionamiento.
Así como Organismo de Control Autorizado (OCA) y Entidad de Inspección y Control (EICI).Se valorará experiência en el sector inmobiliario, despachos de arquitectura e ingeniería, con vocación de servicio al cliente y capacidad de comunicación.
Persona implicada con la estrategia de la empresa y objetivos. Capacidad de priorizar y organizar el trabajo propio. Se valorará la gestión de cartera de clientes y la utilización CRM.
