Our team of multilingual and experienced professionals is dedicated to delivering a comprehensive range of high-quality services to our clients.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales & Listings Agent to join our team in Sitges.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Market Expertise
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Sitges region to effectively list properties.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with owners while ensuring company commission policy is in place.
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular feedback and reports to vendors on market status and properties listed with Lucas Fox.
  1. Business Development
  • Develop business in the assigned area(s) by farming potential properties to list, networking, and other activities.
  1. Deal Management
  • Deal with allocated clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post-completion of sales deals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers to close deals.
  1. CRM and Database Management
  • Keep our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with commercial requirements and activity.

Requirements

  1. Language Skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  1. Real Estate Experience
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector, with specific knowledge of the Sitges key areas.
  1. Business Acumen
  • In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal, and financial concepts and processes.
  1. Soft Skills
  • Professional, good presence, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, and drive to achieve top results.
  • Financially and results-oriented, able to work in an international team.
  • Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Organized, prepared to work flexible hours, and a hands-on person.
  • Outstanding levels of customer service, preferably used to work with demanding national and international clients.
