As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for assisting and guiding customers with all the required knowledge.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain rapport with customers, prospects, colleagues, and clients.
  • Create a positive dialogue and interaction with dealers and consumers.
  • Attend training and briefing sessions as necessary to gain expertise and understanding of client and contact center requirements.
  • Respond to customer's queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, with empathy.
  • Meet personal and quality compliance standards & individual performance targets in line with requirements, contributing to the teams/personnel target/SLAs.
  • Assist and guide customers with all required knowledge.
  • Have an understanding of client activity, campaign, and product information.

Targeted Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in .

  • B2 level or higher.
  • Time management skills to ensure service coverage.
  • Excellent customer service skills (and experience).
  • Min. 6 months experience in Customer service roles will be considered as an advantage.
