- Build and maintain rapport with customers, prospects, colleagues, and clients.

- Attend training and briefing sessions as necessary to gain expertise and understanding of client and contact center requirements.
- Respond to customer's queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, with empathy.
- Meet personal and quality compliance standards & individual performance targets in line with requirements, contributing to the teams/personnel target/SLAs.
- Assist and guide customers with all required knowledge.
- Have an understanding of client activity, campaign, and product information.
Targeted Qualifications:
