**Technical Support Specialist**

We werken hybride en bieden zowel ruimte voor thuiswerken als het werken op 1 van onze werkplekken: locaties in Hoofddorp, Nijmegen en Valkenswaard.

**Wat ga je doen?**

Je duikt in diverse technische vraagstukken en staat in contact met developers en eigenaren van webshops, websites, applicaties of andere digitale producten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

- Je behandelt (complexe) technische vraagstukken die zijn binnengekomen via de Customer Support afdeling.
- Je doet research naar de oorzaak van problemen en zoekt naar de beste antwoorden, oplossingen en configuraties; klantspecifiek tot op server niveau.
- Als 2e lijns specialist informeer je klanten, via mail en outbound call, over de oplossingen die jij hebt gevonden. Je voert dagelijkse controles uit om eventuele problemen vroegtijdig te signaleren en op te lossen.
- Signaleert en registreert (nieuwe) features die klanten aanvragen.
- Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor kennisoverdracht, het bijhouden van de knowledge base en training van je collega's.

De vaste supporturen zijn tijdens kantoortijden. Nadat je ingewerkt bent draai je soms een storingsdienst. Je bent dan het eerste aanspreekpunt voor acute problemen buiten kantoortijden.

**Wie zoeken we?**
- Iemand die goed uit de voeten kan met de Linux commandline.
- Kennis heeft van
- en gewerkt heeft met technieken zoals Apache, NGINX, PHP, MySQL.
- Basiskennis van control panels heeft, zoals: Cpanel, DirectAdmin en Plesk.
- (Pré) Kennis heeft van CMS zoals Magento, WordPress en diverse e-commerce oplossingen.
- Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
