Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team at GRUPO CRIT. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and problem-solving abilities to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via various communication channels, including telephone, email, and web, to provide technical support and resolve issues.
  2. Problem Identification and Resolution: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems and complaints, and develop plans to resolve them.
  3. Knowledge Base Development: Assist in identifying resolution gaps at the helpdesk and author knowledge base submissions to improve support processes.
  4. Training and Development: Participate in departmental training activities, including training programs on new technologies, procedures, and customer service enhancements.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work with departmental staff to promote, develop, and maintain strong customer service values and escalate unresolved issues to support leads.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Mandatory languages: Dutch
  2. Basic PC Skills: Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
  3. Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Availability: Availability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
  5. Advanced Skills: Advanced experience in Organization Development, Service Orientation, Insight, Proactive Cooperation, and Basic Business Development
  6. Education: No specific experience is required (initial training)
