Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Grupo Crit. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and problem-solving abilities to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  2. Problem Identification: Analyze customer problems and identify root causes, working to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  3. Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain knowledge base submissions, ensuring that our customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  4. Process Improvement: Participate in departmental training activities and contribute to the evaluation of new services, processes, and technologies introduced at the helpdesk.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with departmental staff to promote and maintain strong customer service values, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support.
Requirements
  1. Language Skills: Fluency in French is mandatory.
  2. Technical Skills: Basic PC skills and a strong understanding of group dynamics and team development principles.
  3. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  4. Education and Experience: No specific experience is required, as initial training will be provided.
