Support Analyst First Line (Tenerife-Dutch)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Analyst to join our team at Grupo Crit. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and problem-solving abilities to our customers via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and problem-solving abilities to customers via telephone, email, and web channels.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems and complaints.
  3. Analyze customer problems and develop plans for resolution.
  4. Collaborate with departmental staff to promote and maintain strong customer service values.
  5. Evaluate new services, processes, and technologies introduced at the helpdesk.
  6. Participate in departmental training activities to enhance support skills and knowledge.
  7. Escalate unresolved issues to support leads and designated service groups.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory languages: Dutch
  • Basic PC skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Availability to work in shifts: 7x24 (40 hours per week - 5 days per week)
  • Advanced experience in Organization Development: Service Orientation, Insight, Proactive Cooperation
  • Basic understanding of group dynamics and team development principles
  • Basic Business Development: Results Focused, Initiative
  • Customer-oriented
  • Initial training provided
