Objetivo del rol:
Asesorar al cliente y dar solución a los problemas técnico-científicos, de nuestrosinstrumentos y reactivos, de acuerdo a los lineamientos establecidos en losmanuales y procedimientos del Global Customer Support, con el fin de asegurarsu uso y funcionamiento.
Responsabilidades:
- Capacitar a los usuarios en el manejo y uso de instrumentos y reactivos.
-Asesorar en problemas o uso de las aplicaciones y desempeño delinstrumento y/o de reactivos e informar las actualizaciones de los reactivosy controles de calidad e implementar los nuevos protocolos.
-Reportar en CRM todas las actividades realizadas vía remota y en sitio.
-Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los propios KPI's establecidos.
-Contribuir al éxito del nuevo modelo organizacional y marcos de trabajo.
Requisitos & Experiencia:
Graduado de Ing. Biomédica, Químico, Farmacéutico, o carreras afines.
- Manejo y conocimiento deluso de reactivos biológicos y químicos, asícomo las metodologías de análisis.
-Conocimientos mínimos de Química Clínica,Inmunología. Valorable Urianálisis.
- Mínimo 2 años comoespecialista de servicio en campo, en el ámbito dedispositivos médicos y/o laboratorio clínico. Experiencia de 2 o más años en el ámbito de laatención al cliente.
- Inglés Intermedio
