About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in Barcelona. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch scientific and technical services to our clients, ensuring the highest efficiency and effectiveness in each of your activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute procedures for preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance of instruments, reagents, and software.
  • Train users to handle and use these solutions effectively.
  • Build and maintain excellent communication and proactive collaboration with clients.
  • Use CRM to report all activities conducted remotely or on-site, ensuring detailed documentation of technical characteristics and updates as required.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Area to address customer needs and support sales of solutions and service offerings.

Requirements:

  • High Education Training or Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Higher Engineering, Health Sciences, or similar.
  • Fluent level of Spanish.
  • Geographic mobility within the national territory.
