We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Field Specialist to join our team at MSX International. As a Technical Field Specialist, you will play a critical role in resolving technical issues within our dealer network, providing quality support to dealers, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to dealers, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Investigate and implement countermeasures to solve market issues.
- Conduct technical training for distributor network personnel.
- Perform technical audits at distributors to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources.
- Provide technical support to dealers during the vehicle repair process.
- Study critical cases of product incidents and propose continuous improvements.
- Professional training in electromechanics and/or electronics is highly valued.
- University education is also highly valued.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Medium knowledge in Office automation and experience working in an ERP environment.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
- Responsible, methodical, organized, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
