Job Summary
Bunge is seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and manage purchase and sale contracts and relevant amendments.
- Allocate futures pricing, roll overfill/underfill pricing, and issue contracts using Bunge standard terms.
- Monitor contract status and report to Coordinator, ensuring accuracy of Contract Admin metrics.
- Produce and retain documentation in accordance with internal and external policies and procedures.
- Create master data for new contractual counterparties.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in international commodity companies.
- Advanced written and verbal English skills, with German or French desirable.
- Knowledge of GAFTA, FOSFA contracts desirable.
- Computer proficiency in SAP, analytical tools, and MS Office, with SAP knowledge highly desirable.
